New Providence, NJ asked in Traffic Tickets for New Jersey

Q: Asking for help for ticket 39:4-57 (Failure to comply) at Newark airport

I went to Newark airport at midnight several days ago to pickup my wife and 7-year old son. I stop at passenger pickup zone 1 and walk around my my to find where my wife is. I stayed there for less then one minute and then a female policeman came and asked me to leave. So I drove away and plan to come back later through the circle road in the airport. The problem is my wife kept calling me at that time, so I stop at the passenger pickup zone 5 to answer her call. The same policeman showed up again and gave me the ticket. "court appearance required" is checked in the ticket. Do I need to hire a lawyer, and how much it may cost? The policeman just told me that "you need leave here". In my mind, I think it means "leave passenger pickup zone 1". The zone 5 is 30 feet in front of zone 1 and there are just several cars waiting there. Can this be concluded that I did not follow her order when I stop at zone 5 to make a call? If I plead not guilty, is there any chance that I can win? Thanks
