A: In order to do that there must be an order from the court detailing your periods of possession. If you don’t have one you’ll need to employ an attorney. Good luck. 888-343-4529.

A: Generally if you have a court order in place that says you are to have your son during that period and his mother picks him up in violation of that order you can file a motion for contempt, a motion for enforcement or contact the District Attorney's office to file a criminal complaint for interference with child custody.

If you do not have a court order, you need to hire an attorney so that you can get one.
