Can I collect court cost & interest from the date of my judgment until the loan is paid off & what is the % amount in MD?
A: Judgments carry 10% interest per annum by law. Shouldn't be any further court costs unless you need to keep filing garnishments or anything of the sort. However, if you came to some other payment agreement, the answer may be different.
