Bristol, RI asked in Employment Discrimination for Rhode Island

Q: A Colleague and I worked together for a few years. During this time, I designed and worked with our Programmers

resulting in an increase of 40%. I recently found out that I’ve only been receiving a quarter of what my Colleague is getting for bi annual bonuses. I’ve been getting $7K at Christmas and my Colleague has been getting $30K. Is this considered an unfair practice on my Employer’s part?

A: Take your contract to an attorney and review the particulars to ensure you are getting the benefit of the bargain.
