Q: I had a grand Mal seizure,ambulance got to house they had me get up walk outside to get on stretcher I fell down steps

My ankle is swoll & black hurts worse than before.. my other leg is blue & has knots all down front my leg which came from steps... would this be ambulance negligence or what???
