Q: My daughter is pregnant and got married do I have to continue to pay child support? She is 16.

A: Hello. Typically once a child marries then child support would stop. Check your Settlement Agreement or divorce decree and see what the language says. If that's the only child you are paying support for, you can file a form in the clerk's office to have support stopped. If you have proof of her marriage to attach, even better.
