Q: I got charged with aggressive battery fleeing and eluding, aggressive battery hitting a police officer, dui

On October 26 2019 I was at a red light in a left turning line when police officer was coming on the other side making left turn around in got behind me as I was turning on the green light he followed me down to it where it was dark at then put his light on in I stopped. Then Two males officer came to my car in I open my door cause my window don't let down I ask what was the reason you pull me over he didn't ask for no Ls and insurance I asked me have I been drinking 6 hours ago but then tasered me pull me out the car I have pictures of the taser and the knots that they did I was unconscious at the time woke up in jail with only my underwear in tshirt on what should I do I live in Macomb IL I looked at the videos and the police reports doesn't add up with the videos they put me somewhere else that I wasn't even there

A: Since you looked at the video, that tells me that you have an attorney. Since you have an attorney, you really should be discussing all of this with that attorney. If you are not pleased with your attorney, you are welcome to hire a different attorney.

A: It sounds like you have a lawyer already.

You shouldn't post anything further. If you're satisified that your lawyer is thorough and mapping your choices out for you, then go with the advice he or she is giving.

If you feel that that's not happening, you should hire someone else.

Word of caution, many times, lawyers have to tell clients things that clients don't want to hear. If you're asking your lawyer to tell you something that you want to hear that is not the truth, you really need to rethink things yourself.
