Q: Can you bring cause against another party for inflicting deliberate and forced psychological damages?
I was held against my will at a local hospital for weeks while they drained my insurance and abused me. The hospital doctors used all sort of claims and lies to keep me there under a psychiatric hold. This removed all my rights as a patient as well as my civil rights. I believe they did this ruin my credibility.
