Q: Will asking questions here negatively effect an ongoing lawsuit?
Since this is a public forum, will asking questions here, regarding an ongoing lawsuit, hurt the case or either the plaintiff or defendant involved in the lawsuit?
A:
It should not have any effects since your name and contact information is not made public. However, it is always best to discuss these matters and present any questions to your attorney. If you have not contacted or secured an attorney, it is best to do so as soon as possible.
We are glad to assist you. I wish you well.

A: If you do not provide identifiers it shouldn't affect the lawsuit but it is best if you do not have an attorney to consult one. The Ga. Trial Lawyers Assn members provide free consultations.

A: So long as you remain anonymous you should be okay. What you want to stay away from is providing details where your identity or the identity of your case can be determined. Information which appears on-line can be used in a civil case, and possibly to your detriment depending on what is disclosed.
