Escrow interpleaded buyer's deposit of amount $50,000 from California Vacant Land Purchase Agreement (CAR form VLPA). I am a seller and believe I am entitled to this deposit due to both: 1) buyer breach of contract and 2) escrow negligence to ensure conditions are met.
