Q: CAN MY EX HUSBAND leav our12yr old daughter with his parents,without talking to me first,while he leaves for a few month

continued from above : months,9 hours away.althpugh we have joint custody and she was supposed to come live with me? him and his parents are nuts,ihey think im aboutto say "heres my daughter,you can have her" umm not gonna happen but myquestion is.does his parents or even him at this point,even have a leg to stand on,if they go pick her up from school.without telling me or if thy come try and take her?also how do I go about gettimg my dughtr a date with the judge to tell her side,so I can get full custody he also just got his 5th DWI,hasnt been charged yet,but he will
