Of the US the forms were rejected for the children. Am I suppose to filed the I485 for them even though they are not in the US
A: I485 needs to be filed based on approvals I-130. If your I-130 are rejected, your I-485 for then will not be accepted neither. Sounds like you need an attorney to help you with the procrss
