Asked in Immigration Law for Florida

Q: Hello, how are our chances to be immigrating to Florida, what do we need to do and how long is it going to take?

My husband is a self employed programmer who lives in Canada and is Canadian. We have no job offer in the states and not enough money for the investment visa (500.000 $ - 1million).

I’m his wife since 10 years (German citizenship) and we have a little baby with a German and Canadian passport. We love the states and would really love to live there. What can we do?

Probably through a eb2c, but how are our chances? As he didn’t study, he self thought himself his work and I’m currently in maternity leave. Thank you very much
