Q: Can I quit a company now without waiting for any NOIR and return back to my country to avoid any negative effects?
Currently I'm on L1A visa. Recently there was onsite inspection done by USCIS which I think went well including all answered questions and provided documents. Discussion between my employer and USCIS is still going on through emails like could you please send additional documents, could you please clarify few more things, etc.
In addition to that I've received new information from third party sources that my employer could be involved in some sort of fraud..
NOIR is not sent for now. But trying to understand if leaving a company and US will help to avoid any negative effects in case of potential NOIR due to fraud.

Walking away from your job position and leaving the U.S. does not negate nor set aside any fraud perpetrated by the employer.
You may want to visit with an experienced immigration to fully assess your options.
