I left him took my kids with meme when I left 2 days of being gone he picked the kids up from school early and has had them since . I tried filling protect order for them but it didn't go through bc of his friends that are court clerk an co. Attorneys the only set up a court date. Went to court with no lawyer. But he had one and they let him keep the kids on false accusations he was giving to his lawyer and judges. I had proof of abuse pic. And friends an aquatic of both our friends about the abuse to me and the kids. Still had lots of bruising all over me when I went to court. His lawyer said I was homeless with no job and could be using drugs ( WHEN I WAS NOT) that was a lie no proff of anything he was saying but they wouldn't take my proof and what I had said. The next thing I know he has custody of them. And was given everything in a divorce I wasn't even notified on for a court date to contest.
