Miami, FL asked in Immigration Law for Florida

Q: What does USCIS mean by "your benefit request has been accepted and is under review"?

I filled online a case of I-130 for my wife on November 2019. She is Cuba and I'm a Permanent Resident in Florida.

My case is processing on California.

On 11/07/2019 I received two letters.

- One of them is the 797-C where USCIS let me know they received my case with the number IOE.....

- The other is to make my online account on USCIS and I did it.

Today I've checked my account online not "

USCIS CASE STATUS" and my Case Status in this page show me that message:

On February 23/2020

Your benefit request has been accepted and is under review"

I would like yo know what thats mean and what is the next step. Right now what is the status of my case and where is my file at this moment.

Thanks in advance

Regards

A: The message that you are viewing online indicates that USCIS has accepted your FORM I-130 for processing and will now be adjudicated by an adjudication officer.
