A: Keep trying. Tens of thousands are applying.

Office staff told me they tried every day for a week and finally got through on a Friday morning at 7:30 AM exactly when the lines opened for the day. You will know all the answers to all questions by then and should be able to beat the thousands of applicants.

Unfortunately this will probably be our lives for quite some time. We have to adopt. Sorry you are having problems but the regular court systems and anything non-essential is basically frozen. The federal courts are telephone conferences only. It's affecting pretty much everyone.

Be honest when you apply and you should be ok. Dont tell DOL what you think they want to hear tell them what actually happened.
