A: It would probably be very difficult, particularly with the current health crisis. If it relates to injuries that are discussed in trial proceedings, those always appear in court reporters. But even when unified court systems or legal databases post PDF files of decisions or motions, medical information contained in them tends to be in the form of evidence that was admissible in the proceedings. The material that appears should not be in violation of HIPAA laws governing patient privacy.
