A: Of course. However, the fact that you are posing this question leads me to deduce that you have been offered some type of incarceration, be it jail time or prison.

And, as I suspect, if you have had legal counsel representing your interests along the way to arrive at your final plea offer from the state, municipality or federal government then this option might not be available to you as I’m confident your attorney has done their very best secure the most favorable deal possible. Changing attorneys doesn’t always sweeten up the deal. You haven’t given us enough information to answer this question intelligently unfortunately.
