Q: Fee waiver in N400

Hi, I am a graduate student, and 1st generation immigrant that live by herself. I receive student loan which include $33K living expenses. I have filed for N400. I want to know if I am eligible to file for fee waiver for naturalization process? Please advise,

A: You can file it with the N400 and see what happens. It's discretionary by the officer who reviews it.
