A: Your question is unclear. Did you file a lawsuit? We’re you told you had a recovery? Do you have a lawyer?

A: Stop asking the same question. The answer will not change. It is not his insurance company's responsibility to pay your rent. You signed the lease. You owe the money.

If you want to get money from the other driver, get an attorney and pursue your case.

A: more info and clarity needed.

are you saying social security took the money?

you need to contact a PI lawyer near you asap......they will be able to straighten it out right away.

if the accident wasn't your fault you should be able to find a lawyer pretty easy.......though I am happy to give you some names.......
