Q: I was going to join what i think is a class action suit. but they said this & i wanted to know if this right fees/worth

It's unlikely that an attorney here is going to tell you that becoming a plaintiff in this class action lawsuit is worth it or not worth it. That's going to be your decision to make. The terms make mention of a separate medical malpractice action. It sounds like this might be about a medical device, pharmaceutical, or something else that involved medical services.
