Q: Me and my childs mother were never married and she refuses to show up to the court appoited visitation for over 2 years

A: I assume you have court ordered visitation. If you do, then she is in contempt and you can take her to court for it. But you’re going to need a lawyer to do it. Speak to a family law attorney immediately. Good luck.
