Q: I have filled a petition for custody of my granddaughter I have had for 11/2yr. My daughter snatched her+ x state lines?

I have had my granddaughter for a year and a half my daughter took her and she now has her hiding in Oklahoma with non blood relation family who knowingly took her in help!
