Las Vegas, NV asked in Immigration Law for California

Q: How to prevent green card holder from entering the US?

I became a guarantor to a green card holder, who, as turned out decided to play the system and obtain US citizenship for drawing SSI benefits and continue living abroad.

She continues living in the old country and comes to the US only once a year to keep Perm Residency active, however has no intention of building new life here.

I trusted that this person will become an asset to this country, not a liability. I am sorry that I agreed to become a guarantor. I believe that this dishonest person lied to me and to this country.

Is it possible to prevent her from entering the country, and, possibly, get green card terminated?
