Q: Uncontested No-Fault 1A divorce MA - If I have a prenup with my spouse, do we still need to file a financial statement?

A: Yes, you do. The Financial Statements are the only way that a judge can evaluate your financial situation and decide if the division of property is fair and equitable and if the support is appropriate. The Financial Statements are signed under penalty of perjury. The court has no other way of knowing the fact of your financial situation.
