A: If you’re saying you only took five grand, and not 15 grand, then you need to go to jail. You are a thief.

A: Do not post anything else on the internet, and do not talk about this incident until you locate and consult with a criminal defense attorney. You are in serious trouble and need to be very careful what you do from this point out. Do not speak to any one at all until you talk with an attorney, especially anyone at the workplace or the police. Invoke your right to counsel if arrested and remain silent until you have representation.

A: much more info needed.

what you are asking is like calling a doctor over the phone and asking if you will live with stage 2-4 cancer.

more testing has to be done.

chances are you are going to have a felony filing absent more info.

in that regard stop talking about this on an open forum. Everything you say can be used against you.
