Q: Son is needing a divorce. Child born during separation. He was told he would have to wait till child turned six months

He has yet to be allowed to see child. Child and estranged spouse live In Indiana Son lives in Illinois.

A: If the spouse lives in Indiana and she has not lived in Illinois, your son needs a lawyer in Indiana. He does not need to wait at all.
