Q: My hubby everything under LLC and partnership . We are marriage 9 years no marital contract.i stay home with our son 8YR

My hubby everything under LLC and partnership . I never had joint account . We are 9 years marriage. He just sold Marina Profit 500k, By the end of July about to sell His RV campground 9.7M ( will profit 4-5M for sure ) “LLC SHADY GATOR”. recently Got my citizenships. I m stay home mommy (8 years old son). He file tax return on both of us .Since 2010. Taxes “2018”1.5M was filed. IRS was investigating 2015-2018 for big amount money made ( bonus on his gaming business Value 3M) And nothing wrong with IRS anymore case solved. I don’t know much about hub finance since I don’t have no access any . And everything we have ( house , Car , Big equipment “tractors“ it’s on his SSN# not my name ). What do I get if I de use to divorce ? He said I won’t get a PENNY out him if I leave him . Not even Child support Because he own his business and work for himself . I m afraid he put all what his have on his sister name or his mothers name so I won’t get access to nothing . Please can you help me. Th
