Q: How can I hold child support accountable for "missplaceing "10,000"

Ok so I recieved a small inherantce of 30,000 I knew I owed child support so I called them up made an agreement in writing with them. I would give 2 payments 3,600 and a 10,000 payment and start on my monthly payments ok we both signed about a month later they went into my account and took another 10,000 contacted my bank unauthorized transaction they got me 10000 back ....... I just talked to a different worker now thier saying they never recieved a 10000 payment ..

A: The short answer is: You have to ask them for an audit.

You can ask them to do that voluntarily, but the request might get buried on someone's desk.

The stronger way to do that is to file a petition with the court that ordered the child support and ask for the judge to ORDER the audit and to report back at the next court hearing. That will get their attention much quicker. To get in front of the judge you have to file a "Request For Order." You have to explain the whole story in detail in writing in the Request For Order. I recommend that you get some help on this.
