Watsonville, CA asked in Insurance Defense and Personal Injury for California

Q: in need of a lawyer that can help me with my case involving auto insurance that has not taken my claim into account.

I was involved in a car accident that i was not at fault. However, my auto insurance has not taken responsibility of my claim. It has been a while and I've tried contacting them but thus far i haven't gotten a response. I want them to pay for my totaled car and my ignored injuries. They have avoided me for a couple of months and ive tried relentlessly to contact them but thus far they have ignored my claim.

A: You will have to call PI attorneys, or email them, directly. Attorneys are not allowed to contact you or solicit your business. If anyone responds to your post in this manner, run in the other direction. You do not want attorneys who break rules representing you.

A: You need to contact an attorney who handles personal injury cases. Just so you know.. the other party to the accident is responsible for your totaled car and your personal injuries. If the other side didn't have insurance then you need to have Uninsured Motorist coverage on your policy. An experienced personal injury attorney will know what to do to help you.

A: MORE INFO NEEDED.

YOU NEED TO CONTACT A PERSONAL INJURY ATTORNEY IN YOUR AREA.

YOU DON'T WANT AN LA ATTY FOR A RIVERSIDE CASE.

IF THE OTHER DRIVER HAD INSURANCE AND LIABILITY IS CLEAR, THEN THEY SHOULD BE RESPONDING TO YOU.

IF THEY DON'T HAVE INSURANCE THEN YOU WILL GO THROUGH YOUR OWN CARRIER UNDER UM.

I SUSPECT THERE IS SOMETHING THAT IS NOT RESOLVED. HOWEVER, IF THERE IS NO QUESTION I WOULD CONTACT A LAWYER AND POSSIBLY THE INSURANCE COMMISSIONER.

A GOOD PI LAWYER CAN PROBABLY SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM WITH LITTLE EFFORT.

HOWEVER, THE STATE BAR SAYS WE CAN NOT SOLICIT CLIENTS SO ASK FRIENDS OR LOOK ONLINE.
