A: This is something you need to discuss with an immigration attorney. Aggravated Speeding is either a Class B or Class A Misdemeanor criminal offense, so it could have immigration issues. An immigration attorney will be able to tell you how best to deal with these types of charges on your record. If you have a pending case, you need to hire a criminal defense attorney right away to assist you with this matter and make sure to tell that attorney about your immigration concerns.

A: I highly recommend that you discuss it with an immigration attorney. An "Aggravated Speeding" is either a Class A or Class A misdemeanor criminal charge. An immigration attorney should tell you whether it will affect an immigration application. I suggest that you hire a local attorney and tell him attorney about the immigration issues and hopefully he can have the speed reduced to a Petty offense, not a criminal charge which it currently is.
