Q: How do you proceed when someone attacks you online ? Even wishing you death? can you sue them?

A: When you say someone is "wishing you death" that is not necessarily a crime or a tort. The mere wishing someone was dead is not the same as making a direct threat to end someone's life. Your question was answered previously in that if you wanted to sue the person civilly for damages, you would need to prove you suffered some form of damages.

you can call police re harassment.

you can always sue anyone for anything........the issue is 2 fold: can you afford to pay a lawyer and will you win?

A: Death threats can be a crime- a terrorist act. You should sue in small claims if you can find the person making the threat
