Q: Ticketd 22101 6 cvc but have a pic4evidence that the posted sign was not visible due to road construction sigh infront

infraction for 22101 6 cvc disobeying posted sign no lft turn 7 a.m. -9 p.m. & 4 p.m.-9 p.m. but I mad a left turn w signal @3:52 p.m .seen cop from smll intersection in a business/residence Street I turned onto after he waves me down to go to the side right behind the car he was ticketing , @3:57 cop comes to my car ,said "start to take out your license and registration,and all that Please!" I SAID for what?rep.went back to finish 1st ticket ,once he came back @4:15 he started to tell me why .which I couldnt see & aloud me to get out off my car to walk up and see posted sign 4myself &did it was obstructed by road construction sign facing the opposite side of traffic @ 4:17 the 3rd car turned made me wait again at 4:34 the fourth car turned but he didn't notice car since he was talking to his buddy on da walki about gossip.3+1total including myself (I was 2nd) 3should have been proof of that . also hate to say that cop was racist 3 cars pulled over wr older cars& da 1 was a 2015

A: Take photos of sign condition before it changes. Plead not guilty, go to trial, present paper copies of the photos showing the sign was blocked. You may have a chance.
