Q: My daughter father and I have 50/50 custody. He is remarried and his wife treats my daughter poorly. Right now he is

Primary. My daughter has told me she not allowed to go home and is sleeping at relatives because of his wife. Not wanting her there. I dont have the money for a lawyer and want to know if I'll be held contempt of court if I decided to keep her longer. Her father does not communicate and I'm having to write his wife, which causes an argument at pickup and drop off location. What can I do?
