A: Sorry to hear you have this problem. Try to cancel your payment, if by credit card, file a dispute. A 15 second google search gave me this: Banggood has a consumer rating of 1.72 stars from 2,015 reviews indicating that most consumers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Banggood also ranks 125th among Electronics sites. The most common issues with Banggood are around customer service, which is not as good as expected by some customers. AND Banggood is a Chinese e-commerce company. Unless you stop payment you have little chance of getting your money back. Apparently they have warehouses in North America but very difficult to find. You could go to small claims.
