Vineyard Haven, MA asked in Immigration Law for Massachusetts

Q: Should my spouse complete 2 separate I-864 for me and my minor son (his step son)? We are doing concurrent filing

I live in the US and my spouse filed a i-130 petition for me and a separate petition for my 5 year old son (his stepson). My case got accepted however my sons petition got rejected. The rejection notice state please resubmit with a completed I-944 self sufficiency and /or I-864.

My spouse had submitted a I-864 for me . Is he required to submit an I-864 for my son as well even if he is a minor?

We are filing the petition and adjustment of status and live in the US.
