Q: What do i need to do to start the process on trying to get my son back home with me? In need of a lawyer.
Father has physical we share joint. I pay child support to him and im having issuses out if the wife,child isnt happy wanting to be home with mother. Mother works, own cars and stable living. Never on drugs or etc.....
