Q: If you've lost custody of children previously to CPS but the case is closed, can you keep a baby if pregnant?
I lost custody of my two children to CPS foster care earlier this year, and have recently discovered I am pregnant.. what are the chances I will get to keep this child? The living situation, and overall situation is completely different from before.
A: Probably 50/50. If you lay low and don’t do anything to get on their radar and the other case is closed, your chaNecessary of keeping the baby go way up.
