Q: I have problem with 3 people for couple months and yesterday they messed with me and I got fed up in throw something's.
I want file injunction but I don't know they pressure charges or not what should I do?
A: Injunctions may be obtained through the clerks offices, I am assuming to called law enforcement which would be a precursor to the filing of charges through the local office of the state attorney or you can call a local lawyer and hire him/her to help you sort this out.
