A: A Texas attorney could advise best, but your post remains open for two weeks. You ask what should you do? If you are considering a claim for your injuries, you could reach out to attorneys to discuss in further detail. An attorney could investigate the accident and assess the merits of your case. Since most attorneys in this area offer free initial consults, you could learn about your options and make your decision based on that. Good luck
