Q: My daughter turns 19 this month in college & not working how does she keep her child support coming in

A: Hello. Unless she is disabled and unable to care for herself, then it terminates on her 19th birthday. Any money received by the custodial parent after that date is subject to claw back, should the non-custodial parent decide to legally pursue it. Thank you for the question.
