A: Not if you do not live with her. But, collection agents use the address they have for you, which might be that address. Do not ignore a summons. It is easier to deal with it upfront than to vacate a default judgment.

If you live at the same location, it's possible. Service can generally be accomplished by delivery of a summons within the state to a person of suitable age and discretion at the place of business or dwelling of the person. Good luck
