Q: I recently paid off all the amount that I owed in arrears. They are still taking these deductions from my check.
How do I get the deductions to stop? My children are adults and all child support is paid in full.
A: You have to go to the clerks office and fill out a CS-44 Affidavit for Termination if Withholding Order for Support. It is stating to the court that the children have reached the age of majority and you are no longer obligated to pay support. Congratulations!!
