No drug/criminal Hx. On the evening of 9/3/20, she Stopped by the residence briefly to use restroom. about the same time, DTF was Serving a ADOC W on male resident. Waited 3 hrs for Search Warrant & 11 grams meth found in box in Resident’s bedroom. Female had no knowledge, therefore could have no Intent to Distribute. Female waived search W for her vehicle which was clean as was her person.She was locked up, not booked nor printed & saw copious amounts of synthetic MJ use in jail. ODs, drug induced madness,
Female subject was lockedup was not booked nor printed. The other inmates were getting synthetic marijuana, overdosing on it, vomiting and going mad it was like the Snake Pit in Covington County jail female witnessed an inmate being taken out to hospital due to OD. Wonder how much the medical bill is there per month ? Her bail was set at an astounding $100,000 and they refused to let her yet properrty. Nthere are great irregularities at Covington County SO.
Suppression?
A: In order to answer this properly any attorney would have to sit down with you and discuss. It sounds just from the little you have given me, that there is maybe a suppression issue. However you left way too many unanswered questions for a very good aniseed. I suggest you get to an attorney immediately!! Good luck!
