A: A Texas attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for three weeks. As a general premise in such finance plans, the debtor (you in this case) usually remains liable for continuing to make monthly payments. In most jurisdictions, one possibility is that they could repossess the truck, but it would be best to consult with a local attorney to find out more accurately could happen under Texas creditor-debtor laws and what steps you should be taking. Good luck
