Q: Someone gave me permission and gave me all there personal info to do there stimulous check for them cuz they was In jail

My computer auto filled the address to my address and I didn't realize so the check came here ..I deposited the check along with mine into an acct ..after I did it all I told they person what happened and apologized and told him I was giving his money back and that I was already starting to get the money together ..first he said no and then he agreed and gave me 10 days which I told him I was gonna need at least a mo to cuz ihad to sell my truck first ..he then asked me to put what money I had on his books so I did and said that it was coming off of what I owed him so now he's mad and signed the paperwork to have me arrested when he had already agreed to let me pay him back so whenever they come here to talk to me are they gonna arrest me rite then

A: Stop posting about this on the internet...prosecutors routinely check sites like this...do yourself a favor and get a lawyer soon...and I hope you didn’t spend the money. If you didn’t spend the money and don’t have a criminal history, you might be eligible for a deferred prosecution of this case... if a judge get this case, you are likely going to spend some time in prison.
