A: You might have a number of options, depending on the state in which you are located (which is not mentioned in the description), and whether there was enough information to validate a property damage claim with an insurance carrier, and whether you wish to handle the matter yourself or you wish to involve an attorney. If an insurance company is willing to assign a property damage adjuster to conduct an inspection, that is one route. Another could be civil court (or whatever term your state might use for intermediate courts of limited jurisdiction below the supreme court level), or small claims, depending on money limits for small claims court in your jurisdiction. Another option could be to reach out to an attorney to handle the matter. Good luck
