Fontana, CA asked in Constitutional Law, Criminal Law and Federal Crimes for California

Q: Hi I am being threatened and have been taken hotage more than 7 times by a man claiming he has been hired by the police.

I am currently in anza and have filed a police report once but because I was discouraged I decided to stop however after letting the police know he had a firearm nothing was done and he took me 2 .more times and almost killed me. I have text showing his threats and plenty of footage from the casino I stay at as well as one more reliable source and statements from friends. How should I proceed as I feel the police neglected my cries for help. I fear for my life as I realize this man would kill me if given the chance and is delusional with his reasoning to hurt me. I realize I have suffered from Stockholm syndrome and was in denial up until recently when the abuse continued

A: Kidnapping is a federal offense. If you are not getting satisfaction with your local police, you should contact the FBI.
