Jacksonville Beach, FL asked in Landlord - Tenant for Florida

Q: I'm being evicted during covid-19, and I've been paying rent. Is there any possibility of suing my landlord/sub letter?

I've been living in a trailer with my roomate/friend for almost 6 months now, but until recently his attitude/mood has changed. I have tried apologizing for my side of why he is evicting me, and i've also tried fixing the "problems" that he's had with me, but he still hasn't changed his mind, and wants me to be moved out by/on December 4th (even though I've been stingy, condescending, but paying rent)... I was wondering that because I have been paying him rent, and subletting from him, is there any possible way that I can sue him for the suffering and anguish I've experienced here? Thank you for your time. I will answer any other questions that you may have if it can help me develop a case against him.

A: You want to counter-sue him for mere mental suffering? No, you won't get anywhere with that.
